Fifteen years ago, Steve put his flag in the ground and began his real estate career. Through an economic recession, the rise of blogging, and the discovery and launch of niche marketing, Steve ‘cut his teeth’ on the beginning of 21st century real estate. Today, he brings together his early lessons learned in with his ‘on the job’ experiences. With his passion for negotiating and his love for connection Steve is a unique find in the real estate industry.

Meet Rachael Fountain
In the spring of 2016, Rachael joined Steve Volkers Group as Steve’s Executive Assistant.
"I know I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn the Real Estate industry by working alongside of and being mentored by one of the top agents in Grand Rapids." As Rachael's knowledge, passion and confidence grew, she decided the next step was to get her Realtor license in 2018. They have fine-tuned working together and now enjoy working as partner agents, providing personal, seamless and professional service to buyers, sellers and developers.
Rachael’s skill-set brings logistical support, interpersonal communication, and organization wonder to the Steve & Rachael dynamic.
